Obama's Health Care Reform Bill VS The Workforce

Everyone can agree that health care should be made available to every Western european. Now that President Obama has signed into your market into law we haven't yet view the entire package. Already burdened tax payers will probably pay dearly for this one as in the long term we still pay the associated fee. Businesses will be wanting to provide health coverage upon employees. This action will have anegative impact on the work force as small business would be wise to scramble for extra funds to waste health insurance. A small business operator will have 4 choices.

1) Raise the tariff of goods or services to compensate for the rise in costs. The end result consumers repay. Raising prices in a multi function recession will slow sales that might lean toward layoffs adding up employees to the jobless lines

2) Force employees to invest a greater percentage in this particular cost and feature a cheaper policy with supporting coverage. Employees will see less collect pay stretching already little belts. With less to spend in their pockets we slide further into the depression.

3) Lay off in order to employees or freeze handling as employees retire to compensate costs. This action will add workers to the unemployed lines sending us farther to a depression.

4) Start keeping up temp agencies.

With a huge pool of overqualified employees in unemployment temps will be the wave of the future. An employer does not have to provide health coverage related with temporary employees. Every few months the employer will inform the agency to give off different workers so they aren't required to hire anyone. Productivity and customer service will decline mainly because of the temporary workers. Although they may be good workers, a temporary work force need to be retrained every few months since they're bounced around from automobile to workplace. After some time this can have physiological effects on the best of workers.

Introducing a costly health-related bill during a deep recession is unappealing politics. In the long run it will push us into a depression. More job cuts in addition to a further strain on living economy. The government always post new unemployment filings considering that month but they cannot report the numbers whose unemployment benefits ran out and still are out of work. The government will not face it because they always keep a rosy picture. Introducing the health care bill by carrying out a deep recession took the target off the economy into the new subject of health-related.
