Home Information Packs

All Properties marketed being offered from 14 December 2007 in england will need a The house Information Pack.

You now need many of these whether you're selling an agent or whether you're selling privately. You need to have taken commissioned your HIP want you market your couches or chairs.

The Pack includes an electrical Performance Certificate, containing advice the way to cut carbon emissions and fuel bills. Also included are documents for example a sale statement, searches and testament to title.

As at although of writing, any property that was already on the market on the relevant launch date (being 1 August 2007 for curiosity about homes with four a lot more bedrooms; 10 September 2007 for everyone with three or lengthy bedrooms and 14 Late for all properties) don't need to have a HIP.

HIPs that define mandatory documents and optional documents.

The mandatory petition is:
